Custom Off Grid Home

Edmonton, KY

This project was completed for an out of state client. Our client requested a simple 3-bedroom 1 bath home to be built out on the countryside of Edmonton. We did not have access to power or water for this project which posed some challenges that we gladly accepted.

This home was built on a cement pier foundation; this is beneficial due to potential flooding that could occur on our flood watch days. The home was sided with T1-11 and topped with a metal roof.
